As the world has got more crowded, so to has the consumer’s desire to stand out and have something personal to them. To meet a desired hunger for personalised gifts and further improve the buying experience, Kennett has launched a unique online watch engraving service for our range of men’s designer watches and Ladies timepieces. Using our Gravograph Engraving machine, we perform all watch engraving in house from our Scottish headquarters in Glasgow giving you the customer a custom made watch.

FAQ:

What can be engraved? Any Kennett Watch that is in stock and available from our online watch shop is suitable to be engraved. Each watch case back allows for 3 lines of text and up to 15 characters per line. In general less characters is better as it is important that the text is legible, especially on smaller watches.

How do Kennett engrave a watch? Kennett has a high performance Gravograph Watch Engraving machine at our British headquarters. Once we receive your order from our online shop, we take the chosen watch from our secure storage area and perform final quality checks. Once processed, the case back is removed from the donor watch and engraved separately on the machine jig. Once the watch case back has been engraved to your design, the case back is reinstalled to the watch and final despatch checks are performed.

How do you order an engraved watch? To begin engraving a watch simply click the 'Engraving?' button on any Kennett watch product page to enter a message in the drop down box that appears. Enter your message across the 3 lines, each allowing entry of up to 15 characters. Please double check the spelling of your intended engraving message. We may contact you to verify any unusual spellings or messages.
